Fair Skin With Blonde Hair?

My parents told me I have fair skin. I have brown eyes. and reallu nice white teeth. ? My hair is like blonde ((it was reallllllly blonde as a little kid) and not its like a weird blonde. I have the dye and stuff but should I get the blonde not so weird looking and dye it?

Also where can i buy tem. non-natural color highlights? Like Ulta? Ergh what stores? I'm getting real Blue highlights and maybe orange.

I know the colors are crazy but HEY BABY ITS SUMMER =]

I say don't worry about the blonde. If summer is coming then your hair will probably get sun-lightened to a prettier blonde anyway.

Semi permanent hair colors don't lighten hair so you would have to get it permanent if you really wanted it light... Go for the blue and orange streaks and the blonde won't even be as noticed.

try going to clairol.com and test out how you would look with that different shade of your hair....i tried it too cuz im a blonde and i wanted to be brunette and i wanted to see how it would look so i tried that site....

but if you ask me...i say go for it...!!! im all about trying differnt colors!! im planing on having pink highlights this winter!! so the blue sounds rockin!

Don't even worry about the blonde.

I'm REALLY blonde and so pale I could get lost in the snow :] and it looks fine.

As for the highlights:

just go to spencers or hot topic and get manic panic.
