I understand natural hair is healthiest, but I'm so curious to know, are blonde hair dyes more harsh on your hair than darker shades of brown????

Blonde hair dyes are harsher on hair because it has a bleaching effect where most nutrients from your hair are dissolved by the bleaching chemical unlike with dark hair dyes where it only basically covers the hair. You may even use dyes that are henna based which is known to be good for your hair.
