Redish blonde hair?

i dyed my hair from brown to blonde and it turned out something like that (up above).

To get rid of the redish tint should i dye it once more blonde (not like bleach like a nice color) hard to explain but like to get rid of the tint.

Help? I wont dye it back to brown and then dye it again i'll either leave it or TRY to dye it to get rid of the orange!

To prevent damaging your hair you should go to a salon to have the color fixed.

If you insist on doing it at home I suggest waiting at least a month first then buy a bleaching/stripping kit to use before you dye your hair. That is where you went wrong.

Well. I think this will be a typical answer but you should let someone professional do it.

Especially since you have dark hair naturally.

The color you have now kinda makes you roots look a little dirty..

I did the same thing a few months ago and it ended up a orangish color, so I started freaking out and immediatly called a hair salon. If I were u, I would not dye my hair blonde by myself again, and I would go to a salon to have it professionaly dyed blonder. You will just end up damaging it more and it still might not come out as blonde as u wanted it to.

how long did you leave the dye in for. Try dyeing it blonde again. Also what brand and colour are you useing. Store bought hair dyes can be cheap and they won't look as nice. A good brand is Redken. Also for blonde you need to leave it in longer. The longer you leave it in, the lighter it will get. Dyeing it from brown to blonde, it will be red inbetween so make sure when you dye it again, you leave it in for a while.

i haven't ever had brown to blonde turn to red but there usually is a reddish tint. try a platinum blonde and dont leave it on as long. or if u kinda like the red tint which u should. red is great. u get a whole new attitude with red. but if too blonde is not ur preference try some highlights. not chunk. lots of slim highlights using the cap. every other whole. you'll love it. Who wants to be boring blonde.

and leaving store bought hair dye in longer than suggested will not do any difference they stop working after a certain amount of time usually 45 minutes. L'Oreal is the best store bought you can get.

you'll have to get a high-lift blond otherwise you'll keep that brassy look
