I have blonde hair, but I want a change. I want auburn-lowlights(peek-a-boo) along with some brown.

I naturally have dirty blonde hair with natural highlights/lowlights. I have seen the hairstyle I want the other way around, on someone with brown hair with auburn lowlights and blonde highlights, so I was always curious if I should go for it and see if it would work on me just the other way around.

yes! i definitely think you should go for it. your idea sounds really cute plus if you have lighter hair, coloring it darker in the fall/winter looks great! your skin gets a little paler and the dark hair will bring out your features. just be sure to not go too dark because you don't want to look washed out. hope this helps!

I've done that before. I am plagued with blonde hair and I hate it! I would get some skinny lowlights on the top and make them chunkier as you get to the underside of your hair. I think this would look great!!
