Definately. You're fair, and your a pretty girl who could pull it off - go for it. I'd try a medium to light natural blonde for the most flattering look. You may not even ned to do your brows as they aren't very dark and your eyes need the definition of a slightly deeper brow. Nice make up by the way.

I would suggest highlights. your hair is pretty dark now and the upkeep to keep it all blonde would be kind of costly. If you have the $$ to handle the up keep, I would say go for it!

It would look cute but I don't think you should do a white blonde. Just a sandy color.
